Reservations are always subject to inspection and approval by us within 2 days after receipt of the request.

Within 10 days after your reservation, 40% of the rent must be transferred to account IBAN BE73 0018 5478 1860 of De Ridder - Van Damme.

The remaining 60% of the rental price must be paid together with the guarantee of € 150 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

What if the advance and balance are not paid on time

If the deposit is not paid within 10 days after the reservation, the reservation will be canceled and we are obliged to charge a € 25 administration fee.
If the balance is not paid at the latest 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the reservation will be canceled and the advance payment will be used as compensation for this late cancellation.
